What does support include?
Do I need a support plan?
No. All users are covered with your license. If anyone is having an issue, we want to know and we want to help.
Do I need any special software?
No. Schoolaspect runs in a web broswer like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. It can also run on a tablet like the iPad. There is no special software needed.
Do I need to perform updates?
No. Because Schoolaspect runs in a browser, we do all of the updates and you see them immediately. Updates to the system are free and on all plans.
Do you provide training?
On site training is included in the license fee, we do this when you sign up with us. If you need further training we can make arrangements for that.
Where is your call centre?
All of our staff are based in the UK, we don't outsource any of our business abroad. When you call us, you are speaking to the people who wrote running the system.
