We have used Schoolaspect for many years and find it invaluable for so many areas of school leadership. The staff appraisal tools are very efficient and link directly to the teacher standards enabling self reflection and the opportunity to gather evidence.

The monitoring systems are very comprehensive and save time and effort with everything in one place, and easily accessible to subject leaders when undertaking a range of monitoring tasks.

The templates are useful and easily adaptable and best of all everything is online, secure and accessible at any time at school or at home. The ability to get all staff writing and contributing to all aspects of the school improvement plan is a great bonus and the software allows sections to be printed off with ease.

The support is absolutely outstanding – Tony is always available to sort out any technical problems and to help with any ideas. Even for a small school its benefits are huge and I rate it highly.
